I help women and young adults stand by each other and move on to life on their own two feet

„We have two hemispheres, so our brain can present two different views of reality.”

Iain McCilchrist

A few words about my specialisation

The path of my first professional job led me to coaching and diagnostic work, because I am a philologist by first education. I worked in education for 20 years – systemic and non-systemic – in Poland and abroad, at almost all stages of education, from Montessori Nursery, through primary school, junior high school, to preparation for the Leaving Certification and International Baccalaureate exams in colleges abroad.
This experience allows me to see the needs and support families with children, as well as adolescents and adults in their work.

I specialise in working with young people and women.

I am an accredited coach with a specialisation in Career Coaching and Life Coaching, a certified coach in the Needs-based Coaching approach, a certified consultant of the DISC D3 diagnostic tool – supporting in setting the path of development – and a certified crisis consultant of the Academy of the Institute for Positive Crisis Therapy (IPTK).
I work as a coach based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, Needs-Based Coaching – according to Pernille Plantener and Rick Hanson’s Positive neuroplasticity of the brain. I incorporate elements of the Resonant Healing approach according to Sarah Peyton and IFS (Internal Family System), in which I train myself. Attachment parenting is close to my heart – in upbringing and education.
In my work, I also use my pedagogical, coaching, Montessori experience and broadly the Non-violent communication (NVC) approach.

I support my clients on a daily basis in standing on their own two feet, empathetically accompanying them. In contact with each other, they go deeper.

In my work on the process, I am guided by safety, trust and, above all, the coach’s code of ethics. I regularly participate in supervision.
Gentle contact with myself is the way I work. I’m close to specifics, effectiveness and left-hemisphere action, which, however, without right-hemisphere relationality and softness, never gave me the longed-for joy, but caused a lot of stress and tension. That is why I integrate them in life and at work, supporting my clients.

Privately, I am a mother and partner, exploring the world, currently the Middle East and Armenia. In a mix of intercultural and multilingual cultures, I feel at home. I like to delve into new cultures from the inside. I live when I am in contact with the forest and the movement of my body, in contact with my loved ones, and when I like to travel inwards.

Besides, I enjoy turning my knowledge into practice and then passing it on to others. My daughter inspires me in this process, sometimes she brings me down to earth, other times she pulls me into a fairy-tale den with great magic. It reveals worlds to me that I was not aware of before.

Why do I do what I do?

I like to accompany another person on a journey into the depths, first I supported my students in this, and then naturally my field expanded to those who feel what I do. I see sense and beautiful value in it, and it is a privilege for me to be present at the transformation.
I have come a long way to self-discovery, learning different methods of working as a client and then as a professional. This gave me strength and desire to live, and taught me how to use my own resources, as along the way it used to be mediocre with them. Thus, knowing the scenery on the other side of the mirror well, I support and guide my clients „home” with tenderness and gentleness.
Together with my inner,  highly sensitive teenager, I finally made my way to a charming, bright place, although the road led through a dangerous jungle and treacherous swamps. I used to really need such a supportive guide who would hold my hand in the troublesome everyday life and show me the possibilities. Someone won’t do anything for me, but will wisely shed light on things and spread perspective. Now I am here to remind you of your agency and tenderly accompany you in the change you need most.
