The „Be on your own side” program
Who is this process for?
I know many wonderful women that are unable to see their value. Too many. They are aware, sensitive, and deep. They search and learn. And yet they rarely appreciate themselves.
It is not their fault. Conservative, social, cultural, and family norms have left a mark on their lives, and the women themselves still reap their rotten fruits. Collectively – as mothers, partners, daughters – we carry these pieces of self-doubt, inferiority, guilt that we don’t do more, better, that no matter how much we give, it’s not enough.
When is it worth participating in this process?
If:
These meetings can support you if you desire:
tame the chaos – the external one and the one in your head
organise specific areas in your life and look at them from the perspective
have clarity of direction, listen to your voice and get to the heart of things
learn to take care of yourself in order to go out more boldly to what call and passionate you
learn to stand by yourself, while taking care of feeding relationships
to not to abandon yourself when challenges arise
consciously manage your life and make decisions in contact with this real place within you
more air and less burden in your affairs and in your approach to them
friendly support in what you are with now, with respect for your “soft places”

Opinions about working with me
Aleksandra B.
Talking with Anna is a time of gentleness and compassion. She gathers the chaos of my thoughts and words into sentences that express exactly what I want to say. She leaves space for silence that never feels heavy, but instead feels nourishing and life-giving. Every session leaves me feeling closer to myself, more grounded and more connected to who I am. It’s as if I am being gently set free. Anna uses the powerful tool of coaching with great skill, care and deep respect—both for the process itself and for me as a whole person who comes seeking support.
During my session with Anna, I felt truly safe. I had the sense that I could bring anything that mattered to me, knowing it would be met with gentleness, openness and acceptance.
My body clearly told me it felt safe in the space Anna created for us. Her invitations and thoughtful questions always left me with the freedom to choose my own direction and make my own decisions.
What supported me most were not only her questions, but also her ability to recognise the deeper meaning and the needs behind what I was sharing. As she reflected them back to me, I found myself checking in with my body to see whether her words truly resonated. That process brought me greater clarity and a deeper understanding of myself.
I was deeply touched by the gentleness and calm with which Anna guided the session. Her presence grounded me in the best possible way—it helped me slow down, become more present and quiet the constant rush of my thoughts.
I left the session feeling that I had truly connected with what matters most to me. I also experienced a profound sense of being accompanied rather than directed, of having someone fully present beside me. That quality of presence is something I now carry into my own practice.
Our session enriched me on many different levels.
It was a new and, at times, very challenging experience for me, but I felt deeply supported throughout. I realised that what I truly wanted was to finally give myself permission to rest from the challenges of everyday life.
My coaching session with Anna was both enjoyable and thought-provoking. She guided the process with great professionalism, care and sensitivity.
