Coaching is a meeting and accompaniment:

in discovering what matters to you
in what you miss
in how you can have more access to what you need – in your daily life, at work, in relationships;

Needs-based coaching supports contact with oneself. A safe and accepted person is a person who has more access to their abilities.

It is a thought-provoking process. And it is a partnership cooperation. It provides creative inspiration to expand your personal and professional potential.
Coaching is a method of supporting development, during which the coach, through active listening, asking questions and using development tools and tasks, accompanies the client in setting goals that are important to them, finding the internal resources needed to achieve these goals, and establishing and implementing action plans.

The coach supports the client in discovering and effectively using personal resources so that their life is a source of meaning and joy for them.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. It is designed to explore and reconcile with experiences to explain what really matters to you and to make decisions in line with your values.

What can our coaching sessions look like?

First, we look at individual areas of your life and what is “alive” in you.

I help you identify and name your needs, we look at the roles you play and how you feel in them.

We check what would serve you best now and what will make a difference.

I am committed to supporting you as best as I can during our coaching relationship. Some elements of this work are identifying your values, passions, and what your heart wants to express in order to get to what is sprouting in you. Sometimes we will explore those aspects of you that usually hide from your consciousness and make friends with them.
Using different approaches, we will discover what your heart longs for. We will work out the course of action accordingly, even if that action is a non-action.
If you are not sure if your topic can be the subject of our session, please email me or, if you prefer, we can discuss it in a consultation session.
If this work resonates with you, sign up for a consultation session to see your situation from a different perspective, and see if I’m the person for you.
I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, which ensures safety, accountability, and value on my part.
