The „Growing into yourself” program
Who is this process for?
With all the knowledge about the development of the brain of young people and the changes taking place in their minds, I am leaning over the fact that young people need a guidepost.
The most important answers come from within
When we better understand our emotions, needs and values, it becomes easier to make decisions and choose a path that truly feels our own.
These are skills that stay with us for life. They help us navigate uncertainty, regain a sense of calm, and avoid measuring our worth solely by grades, other people’s opinions or achievements.
I believe that when young people know themselves and learn to draw on their own strengths, they step into adulthood with greater confidence, resilience and inner calm.
With all my heart, I believe these are skills worth teaching just as much as mathematics or foreign languages.
„A tailor-made career”
is unsure of their career path and would like to discuss it with someone who can guide them to more clarity
is completely unsure which field of study to choose and why
feels a lot of tension related to learning and cannot cope with pressure or stress
feels lost and chaotic about their future profession
is unaware of their strengths and motivations.
„Me and my real influence”
is unsure of himself/herself and feels afraid of the opinion of others
has many unsupportive beliefs
excessive thinking and worrying take away his/her joy of life
has a problem in a specific peer or other relationship, which keeps them awake at night
cannot see their life from the perspective and their impact on it
is lost and needs support in making changes
does not know or does not like himself/herself, and does not really know what to do about it.
My approach
Through conversations, practical activities and guided reflection, students develop greater self-awareness, strengthen communication skills and learn to better understand their emotions, needs and values.
Rather than providing ready-made answers, the programme encourages young people to think independently, discover their own strengths and build confidence in making choices that reflect who they are.
The aim is not to change students, but to help them better understand themselves, strengthen relationships and develop practical skills that support both their wellbeing and everyday life.
Through the programme, students have the opportunity to:
What will the step-by-step work with me look like?
I will answer your questions about coaching, topics, and practical matters by email or phone.
You may ask: kontakt@annagapinska.com
Then I will send your young adult a coaching form – about strengths, goals, challenges, habits.
Then we will meet for a free introductory session with your young adult – 30 minutes online and check what needs do they have for the coaching process, what they want to work on, what they need support for.
I will help them to set goals for the coaching process.
We will talk about the coaching process and what our meetings will look like.
We will discuss the principles of coaching work and the course of the session.
I will answer questions about the process that your young adult wants answered.
They will learn what a cooperation contract looks like to make it effective, safe and supportive.
During the session we will work online for 60 minutes.
At the session, I use my skills as a coach and mentor.
Sessions take place on the platform Google Meet, or by arrangement.
I work with high school students and university students.
I work in Polish and English.
What your young adult can expect at the session:
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. It is designed to explore and reconcile with experiences to explain what really matters to you and to make decisions in line with your values.
Opinions about working with me
Thank you for the report and for all the sessions. It was an opportunity for me to stop for a moment and define priorities. Thanks to your questions and suggestions, I looked inside myself, which I did not have the opportunity to do in the rush of life. Your empathy and energy made me trust and open up right away, which allowed me to be fully honest, and I think this is the most important thing in coaching.
(Career coaching sessions – young adults’ program)
After the sessions, I became more confident and stopped being afraid of failures and rejection. Thanks to this, I will certainly defend my own opinion more often and stand up for myself.
I also broke through in trying new things and making new friends. I also discovered a good career path for me. I learned to manage my time – duties and pleasures. I am extremely happy after these sessions, and I have gained confidence.

Since I used Ania’s services as a career coach, and in a way also as a life coach, I have felt positive effects and energy to this day. I owe it to Ania to build my self-esteem and greater self-confidence as a valuable and reliable employee and professional, which was not an easy task. Ania helped me believe in my strengths and re-see the values that are important to me, which are necessary to find the right career path. Thanks to Ania, I have found many of my talents, and thanks to a joint in-depth analysis of my capabilities, I have developed new, more precise ideas and a plan for their implementation, which I am implementing step by step. I am grateful that I came across Ania as a career coach, who was not afraid to counter and bring me down to earth. I highly recommend Ania to everyone, both those who are just at the beginning of their careers or have lost themselves somewhere on its winding paths. Together you will surely succeed!
